After months of hard work and perseverance, we are proud to announce a major milestone – Koseli is the first Nepali enterprise in New Zealand to introduce in-house manufactured Buffalo Dried Meat (Buff Sukuti).

Buff Sukuti is more than food; it’s tradition and taste of home. Bringing this authentic product to life locally wasn’t easy, but we stayed committed to quality, authenticity, and New Zealand food safety standards.

Our in-house Buff Sukuti is traditionally seasoned and carefully dried to deliver the rich flavour Nepali households love – with full control over freshness and quality.
