Ingredients:
– 2 packs Wai Wai noodles
– 1 medium onion, finely chopped
– 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
– 1 small cucumber, finely chopped
– 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 inch ginger, minced
– 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
– 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (optional, adjust to taste)
– Salt to taste
– 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala (optional)
– 1/4 cup roasted peanuts (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Noodles:
– Open the Wai Wai noodle packs and crush the noodles into smaller pieces.
– Set aside the seasoning packets that come with the noodles; you can use them or save them for another recipe.
